Jacob Miller Was A Taurus With Mars In Scorpio

Born May 4, 1952, Jacob Miller was the former lead singer for the band Inner Circle. Initially cutting a few singles for Coxsone Dodd, it was later that he caught the attention of Augustus Pablo, and created some of his best work for the Rockers Label. His larger than life persona was perfectly captured during his acting debut in the classic film Rockers.

Close friends with Bob Marley, he performed at the historic One Love Peace concert, and by the late 1970s was on his way to international stardom with Chris Blackwell and Island records. Tragically, he died in a car accident on Hope Road in Kingston of March 1980.
Jacob Miller's Astrological Chart
He was born when the  sun was traveling in Taurus, closely aligned with the planets Venus and Jupiter.  This combination describes a charismatic, adventurous, fun-loving man.  Because of this positive vibe he put out to others, he attracted numerous opportunities for fame and fortune to himself.  With a Mars in Scorpio, Miller was on a fast track to mega-stardom.

On this day Jamaica mourns the loss of this brilliant reggae artist, whose life was cut short way too soon.
